EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance System
The ISO 9001:2015 standard applies to all businesses and organizations, private and public, regardless of their type, size and activity or the products/services they provide.

The ΕΝ ISO 9001 standard in the new version of the year 2015, among other requirements, imposes the existence of a system for measuring the efficiency of the processes implemented by the company and the establishment of measurable objectives that lead to its continuous improvement.
A company that has installed and implements a Quality Assurance System, as long as it is certified, meets all the requirements of the standard such as continuous improvement, including control procedures for the efficiency of the Service Implementation and Customer Service processes.
The ISO 9001:2015 Quality System is applied to all the activities of our company, which makes every effort to:
- Satisfying customer requirements, regarding the quality of the Services provided
- The Continuous Improvement of the Service and Product Provision Processes, the overall operation of the Quality System and the effort to achieve the goals.
The achievement of the above requirements is determined through the basic Processes of the Quality System, which define actions such as:

from the annual Management Reviews, Internal Inspections, etc.
• The clear identification of the Customer's requirements.
• Continuous monitoring of Suppliers' performance.
• The continuous training and education of the Staff.
• The documented and continuous monitoring and measurement of the degree of Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensuring the necessary Resources (human, material and financial) for the effective operation of the Quality System.
• The documented search for causes of problems and weaknesses, in order to define and implement the necessary Actions, in order to avoid their recurrence.
The overall implementation of the Principles of the Quality System is ensured through the continuous information and training of the Staff at all levels, with the main purpose of creating the relative awareness of the purposes and philosophy of the Quality Management System.
EN ISO 45001:2018 Quality Assurance System
The ISO 45001:2015 standard applies to all businesses and organizations, private and public, regardless of their type, size and activity or the products/services they provide.

The EN ISO 45001 standard in the new edition of 2018 requires, among other things, the harmonization of the company's procedures with the legal and regulatory requirements related to Health and Safety at Work, in order to achieve the prevention and avoidance of accidents as well as the improvement of working conditions.
The EN ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Assurance System applies to all of our company's activities, which makes every effort to:
- To manage the work in such a way as to achieve the best quality result at the same time as the best utilization of resources and executive potential, providing safety conditions for the staff and society as a whole, taking into account the needs and expectations of all interested parties.
- To constantly monitor the effects of the company's activities on health and safety, regarding the employees of the company, the cooperating companies and the wider society, and to take the appropriate measures, primarily preventive and secondarily repressive.
- To set measurable goals and prepare corresponding programs to improve health and safety conditions.
- The executives of the company should focus steadily on improving quality and managing health and safety in their area of responsibility.
- To take care of the communication with all the parties involved – staff, suppliers, local community, cooperating companies – regarding health and safety issues that touch the whole range of the company's activities, in order to evaluate all the relevant data.

The EN ISO 14001 standard in the new edition of the year 2015, among its requirements, imposes on the company the prevention of pollution and the observance of environmental legislation, in order to prevent environmental impacts and ensure its continuous improvement.
The EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System applies to all of our company's activities, which makes every effort to:
- The continuous monitoring of the effects of the company's activities on the natural environment and the activation of appropriate preventive measures.
